New Hymn

At this time of the year,
I find myself far yet near,
My heart beats with joy and fear,
The solution is not my usual beer,
Id cry but I wouldn’t drop a tear,
All I need is my dear.

A girl from the city,
I want you with an unusual intensity,
My feelings are to best of your propensity,
If measured it would make the heaviest of the density,
I want you crazily.

She’s complex yet simple,
One of a kind like her solitary dimple,
My blood flows in ripples,
I hope she’s single,
To grow with her to her wrinkle,
That’s ok, bingo.

She’s my daily dream,
My light when dim,
My loves brim,
The opposite grim,
My undying hymn.
